Our maintenance contracts are backed by Openreach (a BT Group company) and provide cover as detailed. The minimum cover period is one year.
LEVEL 1
Included as standard for Residential PSTN
Aim to clear by 23:59 day after next, Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
Example: Report on Tuesday, aim to clear on Thursday.
LEVEL 2
Aim to clear by 23:59 next day, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays or the day of the appointment when this is later.
Example: Report on Tuesday, aim to clear on Wednesday

Enables inbound calls to be re-routed to an alternative site should the normal site become unusable for any reason.
Delivered using the existing ISDN30e basic diversion service and enables all incoming calls to be diverted to a pre arranged single number.
V12/Openreach aim to have Site Assurance in place within 1 hour of the fault being logged.
