ISDN30 Cancellation Charges

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO CUSTOMER CONFIRMED DATE (CCD)

Cancellation charges will be raised if an order for ISDN30 has been received from the Customer and the order is subsequently cancelled before the Customer Confirmed Date (CCD). The charges are calculated based upon the number of clear working days between the date the cancellation request is received by V12 Telecom and the CCD. The request needs to be made in writing by the Customer.

The cancellation charge is expressed as a percentage of the total connection charge including the new installation charge and individual channel connection charges as follows:

The full cost of any additional work (e.g. duct) that is separately identified on the survey and agreed by the Customer and which has been specifically incurred for the order by the time of the cancellation will be recovered in addition to the cancellation charge. If V12 Telecom fails to meet the CCD and the Customer cancels the order, then a charge will not be raised.

SUSPENSION OR DELAY BY CUSTOMER FOR ISDN30

A Customer is permitted 3 changes to a Customer Confirmed Date (CCD), but only prior to the installation of the bearer. If the bearer has not been installed and the 3rd CCD has elapsed, then the order will be cancelled and a cancellation charge of 90% of the connection charge will be raised. The cancellation charge is expressed as 90% (per cent) of the total connection charge including the new installation charge and individual channel connection charges.

If the Customer requests a delay or suspension and the CCD has already been reached, the Customer will be given 25 days to take up the service. At this stage, no changes to the CCD are permissible. If the Customer still does not take up the service, cancellation charges will apply. The cancellation charge raised will be £3000.00 (Exc. VAT), for up to 30 channels, £4000.00 (Exc. VAT), up to 60 channels and £5000.00 (Exc. VAT), for 61+ channels.
